Giving Bassett my email address would not give them the right to email in perpetuity with no recourse. The email was clearly in violation of CAN SPAM. Basset has a program in place to fight against spammers, I've been emailing back and forth with one of the guys on that team. Typically that happens after one gets nailed for SPAM. Also... Kristen... I'd be more careful. Big corporations typically don't like comments like that. It doesn't give them a professional vibe, and it looks as if you are speaking for them. PR may not appreciate it. So….
